Caitlin is the Senior Program Officer for Economic Justice at Spring Point, advancing local and national wealth building strategies that center equity, bolster economic mobility, and aim to ensure all people can thrive. As a social worker, Caitlin brings a person-centered lens to her work and draws from her previous experience in policy advocacy and systems change strategies, applied research, and field building to support partners and movements. Caitlin loves reading fiction, baking, and hanging out with her family, including her cats.
