Simran Sidhu

Simran Sidhu assumed the presidency of Spring Point Partners in 2025. As a former practitioner and one of SPP’s earliest staff members, she took the helm in building The Hive, one of the organization’s inaugural impact programs. As EVP of Impact, she went on to oversee the breadth of the organization’s grantmaking and impact investments from youth development to animal welfare, leveraging a uniquely flexible toolset. Under Simran’s leadership, the organization has developed hundreds of partnerships, embraced a unique orientation to learning, and worked to balance trust-based philanthropy with accountability. Having drafted the blueprints for SPP’s impact approach and structure and spearheaded its response to COVID-19, Simran continues to lead with curiosity and commitment to community.

Simran’s insights have been sought out and featured locally and nationally as a board member, coalition leader, and speaker. As a mother, active member of her local community, and avid collector of podcasts and human stories, Simran is always open to conversations about community and connection.
