Meredith Nastasi serves as Chief Operations Officer at Spring Point Partners, a Philadelphia-based social impact organization that invests in transformational leaders, networks, and solutions that power community change and advance justice. She oversees SPP’s operations, leading the teams responsible for finance, IT, data, and people, and she plays a key role connecting SPP to the broader Berwind enterprise.
Meredith played a foundational role in shaping Spring Point Partners from its earliest days, and as a member of the leadership team, she possesses a wide-ranging view that helps match SPP’s growth with strong operational capacity. She joined the organization as a program officer and advanced through roles including chief of staff and vice president before stepping into her current position, building deep institutional knowledge along the way. Before SPP, she worked as a project manager at Berwind, the family enterprise that founded the organization. Meredith is based in Philadelphia, and outside the office, brings the same exceptional warmth, creativity and energy to raising four young children.
