Recalling RestFest: A Reminder to Slow Down

Rest coach Octavia F. Raheem shared this wise encouragement from Bayo Akomolafe at a pilot retreat we called RestFest – our imperfect but heartfelt attempt to carve out some time and space for leaders to take a needed pause. Thank you to each of our partners and consultants that chose to say yes to joining us in the active (and challenging!) practice of rest – and for each difficult “no” you had to say to make it happen.
