We invested in Kensington Corridor Trust (KCT), the nation’s first neighborhood trust and the only one centered on a commercial corridor. Through its innovative nonprofit and perpetual purpose trust (PPT) structure, KCT advances community ownership, long-term affordability, and cultural preservation along Kensington Avenue, enabling residents and small businesses to shape and benefit from equitable neighborhood development.
